Terms of service

These terms apply from the date of publication on nataliamartynowicz.pl.

Bookings

  1. A bridal package is booked after agreeing the details, signing an agreement and paying a PLN 200 deposit within 7 days.
  2. A studio makeup or hair appointment is booked after paying a PLN 100 deposit at the time of booking.
  3. Paying the deposit confirms acceptance of these terms.

Changes and cancellations

  1. For bridal packages cancelled less than two months before the date, the deposit is non-refundable.
  2. The deposit is also non-refundable when the wedding date changes and no availability exists for the new date.
  3. A studio appointment may be rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  4. For cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows less than 24 hours before a studio appointment, the PLN 100 deposit is non-refundable.

Service conditions

Clients must arrive on time, provide a suitable workspace with electricity and lighting, and disclose allergies, skin conditions or other relevant contraindications before the service. Travel, additional time and hair requirements are agreed before the booking.
